Storage: Cool and dry; away from direct light & strong odours
Ingredients: Kibbled chickpeas*, brwon rice flour*, onion*, spices(ground cumin*, ground coriander*, ground black pepper*), parsley*, seas salt, garlic powder*. *certified organic ingredients.
While we do everything we can to avoid cross contamination, all products from Food Loose and Plastic Free are packed and stored in an area which has the following allergens: sesame, soya, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, milk, celery seeds and mustard. So, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any products we sell contain none of these allergens.
For 8 falafels you will need;
- 1 tbsp of oil, we recommend sunflower oil
- The juice of ? a lemon
- 120g of falafel mix
- 125ml of boiling water
Put the falafel mix into a bowl; pour over the boiling water, lemon juice and oil. Stir the mixture well and leave it to stand for 10 minutes. Using wet hands shape the mixture into approximately 8 round balls. Finally, fry your falafels in a little hot oil for 4-5 minutes and serve with a sprinkle of sea salt and squeeze of lemon juice.
