Description
Growing in the Mediterranean region, brown mustard seeds are strong in flavour. These hot seeds are commonly used in Indian, African and Asian dishes and curries. They can be added to sauces, salad dressings and chutneys. The seed is fried in hot oil until they pop releasing the flavour. May contain traces of celery seed.
