Saf-Levure is a dehydrated active dried yeast (92-93% solids). Applications: Saf-levure yeast is suitable for all bread-making processes (requires re-hydration for use).
To Use: Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm (38c – 100c) water, 50mls of water to 10g of yeast. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes. stir well before using.
While we do everything we can to avoid cross-contamination, all products from FoodLoose are packed and stored in an area which has the following allergens: sesame, soya, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, milk, celery seeds and mustard. So, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any products we sell contain none of these allergens.
All your click and collect items are packaged in compostable paper bags. Some of these are misprints we have rescued from local companies.
Please transfer your items to air-tight containers once you have collected or received delivery.
