Description
Saf-Levure is a dehydrated active dried yeast (92-93% solids). Applications: Saf-levure yeast is suitable for all bread-making processes (requires re-hydration for use).
To Use: Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm (38c – 100c) water, 50mls of water to 10g of yeast. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes. stir well before using.
Ingredients: 100% Yeast
Storage: Keep in cool and dry place. Store in an airtight container.

While we do everything we can to avoid cross contamination, all products from Food Loose and Plastic Free are packed and stored in an area which has the following allergens: sesame, soya, nuts, peanuts, cereals containing gluten, milk, celery seeds and mustard. So, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any products we sell contain none of these allergens.
